Hit the lit area, and it shrinks for every hit. Keep hitting until only the bullseye is left.

Hit the lit area
You start with the top half of the board: every number from 11 round to 6, plus the bull.
Every hit shrinks it
The two outer numbers are removed after each hit until only the 20 is left. Then the 20 is removed piece by piece: the double, the big single, the treble and the small single.
Finish on the bullseye
With the 20 gone, hit the bull. Then only the bullseye counts. Eleven hits in total clears the field.
Check before every dart
The target changes after each hit, so the next dart may need a different aim than the last one.
