You need to hit three throws (nine darts) inside of the treble ring to get to the next level. If any of them hits the treble or gets further away from the middle, you lose one life and need to restart the level. Try to finish all 3 levels with your 3 lives. On level 2 you also need to hit one bull (double or single) and for level 3 you need to hit two bulls (doubles or singles) within 9 darts.
