Is it possible to reset my statistics?

You’re not allowed to reset your statistics on your own for different reasons.
If you login to your account using a tablet at an academy or public venue, and forget to logout, someone could wipe out years of your training by accident or purely by ill will.

But also, we don’t want you to be tempted to wipe out your statistics just because you been playing worse for a few days or weeks, or just changed to a set of new darts. Your statistics is your hard work and part of your progress and shouldn’t be erased that easily.

But if you for example not have been able to practise for a long time because of an injury or accident, or maybe switched throwing arm because of dartitis, and really would like to start over with a fresh account, contact us and we’ll reset your account for your. Send an email to info@godartspro.com, including your username from the email address you used for your GoDartsPro account, and let us know that you want to clear your account, and we’ll have a look at your account.
