How to use the ‘Count-up’ practice routine
This routine can be used by everyone, from beginners to professionals.
Select a number and try to hit it as many times you can in a row.
1 point for single hit, 2 for doubles and 3 for trebles.
Select if you want to run the practice on a certain time period or if you want the session to last until you miss.
There’s an easy and a hard option for you to choose as well.
