100 darts

Select a number and throw 100 darts for it.

This is a great dart practice to tighten your groupings. Dart is a lot about muscle memory. Does your second dart automatically followed your first dart? That’s muscle memory! The best way to control muscle memory is to make your first dart count. Hit that first number and muscle memory does the rest. If you miss the first number, step away from the line, shake it out, take a deep breath and approach the board with a new perspective.

Doubles Down

Practice important doubles.

Three darts on all even doubles from 20 to 2. When playing 01-games you most likely want to come down to an even double to finish the leg. That's because if you happen to miss the double and hit a single instead you have another chance on a new double (for example Double 18 will be Double 9 wen you hit the single 18).
